Ji Kim is a Korean American drummer and music producer. He was born in S. Korea, grew up in Argentina and his family migrated to United States in the early 90’s.
Berklee College of Music educated class of 2006.
Studied Music Business and drum set under Dave DiCenso (Hiromi, Two Ton Shoe), Rod Morgenstein (Winger, Dixie Dregs) and Kenwood Dennard (Miles Davis, Jaco Pastorius).
Currently he is playing drum set for Promise Church NY and Korean Presbyterian Church of Queens. He also played with Captain Kirk Douglas (The Roots, The Tonight Show), Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, Mat Godfrey (Brandon Niederauer Band), Eugene Park (Violin), Mumu Fresh (Common), Jon Coward and JiGroove.
